Overview 

Global Funding Network (GFN)  is a private consulting firm located in the United States. We utilize our relationships within the financial industry to provide custom designed solutions in three areas:

• Capital Funding- We help private shareholders and publicly traded companies secure the financial resources they need through stock loans, equity lines of credit, mergers and acquisitions, block purchases and reverse mergers.

• Corporate Debt Conversion- We arrange the purchase of seasoned debt from the noteholders of publicly traded companies and work with management to structure new terms at reduced interest rates. This is done to “clean up” and strengthen the company's balance sheet, free up capital and meet debt obligations in a timely manner.

• Venture Capital and Private Placements- We find the most solid and promising emerging young companies who meet our requirements for funding and find the right investors for a mutually beneficial relationship.

With access to over four billion dollars in liquid funding worldwide, we are able to help private shareholders and companies on eighteen of the world's stock exchanges provided they meet our basic requirements. Funding can be finalized in a matter of days.
